According to gizmodo This phone going to be sony’s andriod powered phone code named Rachel. its supposed to run on a 7.2 hsdpa. and have an 8 mega pixel camera with auto-focus and use a 3d acceleration. it will be a fully touch interface. and by the looks of the video it look like it would be really user friendly and give the iphone and the g1, mytouch a run for it’s money. now i don’t know what carrier this handset would be released on . i would hope t-mobile but since its going to be on a 7.2 hsdpa i think it might go to at&t. but that’s just my thought’s on who it might go to if it gets released. like a lot of smart phones coming out now it supposed to have a big emphasis on social networking such as twitter,facebook. it’s also supposed to be in black as well as white.

Now this is the spec sheet that i found they both will be andriod handsets. Though the I7500 will have the cupcake operating system on it. And the bigfoot handset will have the andriod donut operating system. Now i will be researching the next andriod operating system, hopefully they will fix some of the flaws in the 1.5 cupcake update. according to this spec sheet look’s like they both will run on tmobile usa 3g network. the samsung i7500 will have a 5 mp camera and the bigfoot will have a 3 mp camera.

This is rumored to be another android based hand set for tmobile by motorla. Now i can’t seem to find any spec’s about it. but here’s a pic which has the tmobile branding on it. So it’s a good chance that it will be released and it don’t seem like it’s a photoshop picture. According to a walmart leaked document it supposed to be slated for a holiday release for 148 dollars.

According to andriodcommunity website that this phone is supposed to replace the g1 in third quarter of 2009. it’s supposed to have an amoled captive touch screen. i think that’s the kind of touchscreen that is used in other samsung touch screen handsets. it’s going to have umts/hsdpa connectivity and it supposed to run on t-mobile’s 3g network. it’s also so supposed to have a 3 megapixel camera. Well the photo that i have put up does not have a t-mbile branding on it so this could be just a photoshop image so take it with a grain of salt people

Yesterday T-Mobile launched its mytouch 3g website to promote it’s new phone. Customers are allowed to reserve the mytouch 3g on July 8th. And it supposed to be released in August. It’s a full touch screen so there won’t be a slide out keyboard like there is with g1. Which could be a good or bad thing depends on if your good at typing on a touch screen keyboard or not. From what I have read online that will come with a 4gb sd card but the internal memory will be 512 mb. Which is the g1’s problem there’s not enough internal memory to run the phone and hold alot of applications. Now I really hope that they allow people to but the applications on the sd card and not the internal memory this is a major issue in the g1. And it’s the reason why alot of people get applications that crash. The phone will come in three colors black,white and red and it’s looks much better then the g1. The phone will be 199 dollars with a two-year contract. And it will have longer battery life then the g1 which I can say was a complainant of mine until I got the cupcake update now it’s not as much of an issue. Another feature about the mytouch 3g is that it will have Microsoft exchange support. Which is good for T-Mobile in putting in the line of blackberry’s in enterprises and businesses. Also the mytouch 3g will have a new application called sherpa it use’s a person’s location to find restaurants,coffee shops,gas stations, drug stores etc. Although I think there’s already apps on the android market that already do this. Mostly likely it will be integrated into the phone instead of being a separate application. Well for more information on the mytouch 3g go to the tmobile.com website.

Tmobile’s 3G coverage

Now if your like me living in the Midwest and waiting for t-mobile to get off there butts and get there 3g rolled out nationwide. Am sure you are happy to read about any news in regards to when and where they plan on having there 3g coverage. Well According to tmonews.com they will be launching 3g in the mid west well at lest in Missouri some time this quarter. Now weather or not t-mobile has 3g set up in Missouri i don’t know i haven’t turned on 3g on my g1 due to the fact that it drains the battery. So when they get 3g out here i suggest if you have the g1 to get a bigger battery or get another 3g device. i will be doing a review of the g1 at a later date and I’ll be keeping up on all of t-mobile cell phone announcements and rumors. for the full story on the list of cities that 3g is supposed to be launched in here’s the link
